Delivery Information
There are 3 ways you can arrange your delivery:
- Online: find your products on the website, add them to your trolley and choose to buy for home delivery. Then go through our quick and easy checkout process.
- By phone: call 07939 939529 between 8am to 8pm Mon-Sat, and 10am to 6pm Sunday.
- In store: our sales assistants can take your order at any till (excludes kiosks).

*If you order on a Friday before 12 , we deliver to you the following Monday or depending on availability. However, all delivery dates will be confirmed at point of purchase in store. Delivery charges for orders outside mainland Britain or in the Highlands of Scotland may vary.
Check your delivery
At the point of delivery please check that the number of items delivered matches the number advised on the delivery note, so that the note can be amended prior to the delivery team’s departure. We then recommend that you complete a full check of your items as soon as possible after delivery. Please open each box and check that everything is as ordered and appears in good condition. All our deliveries require a signature, so please make sure you are home to receive your delivery. GreatPlumbing offers a no quibble replacement policy for items incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit during our delivery. Please notify your local store within 7 days and we will arrange to put things right as fast as we can.
